The Hares Corner & Terrace, The White Horse
Tiger Balm Club is back at The White Horse for two nights of smoke, fire, spice and serious flavour. Taking over Hares Corner and the terrace, they’ll be serving up a Southeast Asian BBQ menu inspired by Thailand, Vietnam and beyond — salty, sour, spicy, sweet, and all killer, no filler. Tickets are €50 and include two small plates plus a main course from the grill, with extra dishes, snacks and shared sides available on the night.
Whether you’re planning a team night out, a long-table catch-up, a date night, or just love good food and a bit of craic, this one is made for sharing. And by the way, Sunday is Father’s Day — just saying. Brian’s Wines will be pouring across the weekend too, so expect cold beers, good wine, loud tables and plenty of flavour. Come hungry.

Worldly celebrated Dirk & Amelia Powell return for what promises to be a gorgeous eve of song and story to celebrate the new album, 'Wake'.
On Wake, his first solo album since 2020, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and singer Dirk Powell paints a masterpiece. With support from Rhiannon Giddens, Darrell Scott, and Powell's daughter and musical collaborator, Amelia, Powell draws from a colorful palette of sound, to capture in broad flourishes the many scenes of joy, sadness, celebration, and love evoked in the wake of a full life. To wake is to awaken to newness every morning when love is fresh, but also to leave behind others and other parts of life.

A relaxed summer tasting with Brian’s Wines — five natural wines with canapé pairings.
Join us on Thursday, June 11th as we launch our new natural wine list at The White Horse, hosted by Brian O’Connor of Brian’s Wines.
Based at Plugd Records on the Coal Quay, Brian’s Wines is an independent wine importation business, wine bar and event space, sourcing directly from independent winemakers across Europe.
For this evening, Brian has selected five favourites from the warehouse as we reach the tilting of summertime. Each wine will be served with a small food pairing, canapé sized, chosen to sit alongside the glass and bring out its character.
These are wines shaped by grit, craft and determination — made by winemakers who keep working this way because, sometimes, the juice is worth the squeeze. Tickets Here
